3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 cup flour
15-20 minutes @ 300
1. Beat softened butter until fluffy (a couple of minutes).
2. Sift the flour, cornstarch and icing sugar together. Add to the butter and mix.
3. Roll the dough into 1-1 1/2" diameter balls. Chill for 30-60 minutes.
4. Press the balls down with a floured fork and bake on sheet for 15-20 minutes at 300.
