Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin Pie

1 can pumpkin puree (398mL) - Royal City is best
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup spiced rum
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
pie crusts

35 minutes @ 400
+ 15 minutes @ 325

1. Mix eggs and cream together.

2. Add pumpkin mix and rum.

3. Add sugar, spices and salt.

4. Put pie crusts on baking sheet and fill with mixture.

5. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes and then turn down to 325 and bake for 15 minutes.
