Tea Shortcake
1 cup butter/margarine
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp tea (out of the tea bag is good) -- I used a mix of vanilla tea and orange pekoe tea
2 cups flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
15 minutes at 325
1. Blend together butter, sugar, tea and vanilla.
2. Gradually add the flour and cornstarch.
3. Wrap up dough and let it chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
4. Roll out to 3/8" thick, cut into whatever shapes and put on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 325.
